There is an article on the internet, “12 ways that prove there is no God.”

If you reverse engineer or reverse daisy-chain these so-called proofs, you will end up at God as the only answer to the creation of everything. At some point, the 12 theories don’t work [fall apart], and you are left with God’s creation of everything.

God created mankind on the 6th day of creation [a very long time before Adam and Eve]. He then created Adam and Eve to lead humanity to God and His ways because mankind ran amok.

The extinctions occur due to sin in the world. Satan and his angels rebelled and brought sin into the universe. Also, some animals needed to be removed and new ones created. God and Jesus like to create things and are male — that is probably why we had dinosaurs.

In any case, humanity is very old. Adam and Eve are the first Jewish humans not the first humans. Adam and Eve fell to sin, and we needed a savior so Jesus became the second man [Jewish] to pay the sin penalty for humans.

Note: the 7 days of God’s creation must have been longer than our idea of a day. They were probably designations of units of time. Adam and Eve were created on the 8th day in God’s timeline.
