Observe the Holy Days!

Observing Holy Days at home with/without family/friends is listed below.  Church groups or other large groups would most likely be more involved with singing, chorus, pageant, sermons, fellowship banquets, etc.

Passover
Observe it by having wine [or grape juice] and unleavened bread.
Meaning of Passover pictures Jesus Christ shedding his blood for the sins of human beings.

Feast of Unleavened Bread
Observe it by keeping leavening [ex: yeast-like] out of your home or apt and not eating leavened items.
Meaning of the Feast of Unleavened Bread pictures the Christian’s duty to “put sin out” from one’s life that is yielded to Jesus Christ.

Day of Pentecost
Observe it by not — drinking, smoking, or participating in anything that would alter our conscience. Do Pray. Protestants and Catholics alike will often receive the Holy Communion. White foods would be a great way to symbolize the Holy Spirit, often associated with a white dove.
Meaning of it Pictures the Christian’s receiving God’s Holy Spirit.

Feast of Trumpet
Observe it by reading the story of Isaac and God’s provision of a ram. And reading the story of Joshua and the Battle of Jericho. Worship God and Praise Him.
Meaning of it pictures war and plague concluding in Jesus Christ’s Second Coming.

Day of Atonement
Observe it by fasting and repenting. Abstain from applying oils or perfumes to the body, bathing, wearing leather or any animal products, engaging in sexual activities, and eating and drinking.
Meaning of it pictures the binding of Satan at the beginning of the Millennium and the World becoming “one with God”.

Feast of Tabernacles
Observe it by reading out loud Exodus 23:16, 34:22; Leviticus 23:34-43; Numbers 29:12-40; Deuteronomy 16:13-15; Ezra 3:4; and Nehemiah 8:13-18, John 7:37-39 – Prayer for Feast of Tabernacles: “Father, the Tabernacle shows me the sequence of entering Your presence and effectively activating Your anointing for me! I desire more today. I thank You for the Tabernacle model through Moses, in Jesus, and in Heaven. I thank You for the Courtyard with the Brazen Altar and the Laver.”
“You shall rejoice before the Lord your God for seven days” (Leviticus 23:40).
Meaning of it pictures the Millennium when the Earth will be ruled by Jesus Christ and his saints.

Feast of Last Great Day
Observe it by reading “You shall rejoice before the Lord your God for seven days” (Leviticus 23:40), Leviticus 23:34-36, 39; Numbers 29:35; John 7:37.
Meaning of it – The Last Great Day, which occurs eight days after the Feast of Tabernacles begins, looks forward to the day when God will make all things new. It depicts the final steps in God’s plan – preparation for the White Throne Judgement. Those who accept Jesus and salvation receive their glorified bodies and membership in God’s Family/Kingdom, but those who do not choose God’s way of life will be punished and mercifully put to death. After that eternity! After a careful and thorough search of scripture, IF YOU ARE UNSAVED at the White Throne Judgement, it is too late to be saved. Also, you will only be at the White Throne Judgement if you are unsaved.

Obeying God’s Law [Commandments]

A Christian does not obey the Law on his own, but through the power of Christ living in him. Paul goes on to emphasize that law keeping comes through grace of God and that law keeping does NOT earn grace. With God’s grace, the converted Christian will keep the law — but without that grace no amount of effort will bring righteousness and salvation.

A saved person [in Christ] will want and be able to keep the law and do good works. A Christian is not saved by doing the law and good works, but a Christian does the law and good works BECAUSE they are saved and through God’s power.
==================
Spiritual Laws:
⦁ Obey God moment by moment (John 14:21).
⦁ Witness for Christ by your life and words (Matthew 4:19; John 15:8).
⦁ Trust God for every detail of your life (1 Peter 5:7).
⦁ Holy Spirit – allow Him to control & empower your daily life and witness (Galatians 5:16,17; Acts 1:8).
=======================
Statutes are divided into categories: (1) laws, (2) testimonies, and (3) decrees.

Each of the commandments is a statute [laws].
⦁ You shall have no other gods before Me.
⦁ You shall not make idols.
⦁ You shall not take the name of the LORD your God in vain.
⦁ Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy.
     1. Pick a weekly day and time.
     2. Prepare beforehand to clear out the day’s schedule.
     3. Compile a Not-To-Do List. [work, etc.]
     4. Engage in spiritual practices that help you draw close to God.  Devote time to worshipping God.
     5. Plan soul-restorative activities that help you rest and delight in God.
     6. Celebrate together with your family, friends, or community.
⦁ Honor your father and your mother.
⦁ You shall not murder. [refers only to deliberate homicide, not to accidental killing, slaying in war, executing a criminal, or slaughtering an animal]
⦁ You shall not commit adultery. [not even in your heart/mind]
⦁ You shall not steal.
⦁ You shall not bear false witness against your neighbor.
⦁ You shall not covet.

Last Great Day [ meaning]

The Last Great Day, which occurs eight days after the Feast of Tabernacles begins, looks forward to the day when God will make all things new. It depicts the final steps in God’s plan – preparation for the Great White Throne Judgement . Those who accepted Jesus and salvation receive their glorified bodies and membership in God’s Family/Kingdom, but those who do not choose God’s way of life will be punished and mercifully put to death. After that—eternity! (Lev 23:36, 39)

After careful & thorough search of scripture — IF you are unsaved at the White Throne Judgement, it is too late then to be saved.

Does God torture unsaved forever in Lake of Fire?

https://www.ucg.org/bible-study-tools/booklets/heaven-and-hell-what-does-the-bible-really-teach

Above is the link to a great booklet that covers Heaven and Hell.  Especially, read pages 15-28 about Hell.

In my opinion, I think it is a great writeup of the information in easy-to-understand format and wording.

It, also, clears up “why the new Jersuleum” comes down to the “new Heaven”.  When God melts Earth with great heat, the saved in their immortal bodies will need to be somewhere until Earth is renewed to a pristine state.

————————————

By the way pages 12-14 are poorly written about death.  Saved Human Spirits return to God in Heaven.  Saved Earthly body returns to the soil.  At the Rapture, when Jesus calls,  saved Spirit Bodies join with the saved Spirit that is in Heaven and the saved receive their “Glorified Immortal Bodies with their Spirit. All who are saved then return to Heaven and at the time of Jesus’ return to Earth at the beginning of the Millennium return with Him to Earth during that time.  This process is Biblical.  You can research it.  Start in Ecc 12:7.

When reading any written articles [especially Beyond Today], look up all scriptures given and also do your own research of ALL scriptures on the topic.  This advice includes this Blog.

Pride — An inflated, unrealistic sense of your self-worth.

Envy — The feeling that you deserve the possessions, success, virtues, or talents of another person.

Gluttony — An excessive desire for the pleasure of eating and drinking.

Lust — A selfish focus on sex or a desire to have sexual pleasure with someone other than your spouse.

Anger — An excessive, improper desire to exact revenge.

Greed — A strong desire for possessions, especially for possessions belonging to another.

Sloth — Lack of effort in the face of a necessary task, causing it to go undone (or done badly).

Article: “Can a Christian lose salvation?”

Summary Note:  A “true” born-again Christian cannot loose their salvation. If  you  futuristically reject God, then you were never truly a born-again Christian because a “true” Christian would NOT do so.

The below article covers the topic well.  You can go their website for more information on the topic.

https://www.gotquestions.org/QOTW.htm

————————————————————————————————————–

Question: “Can a Christian lose salvation?”

Answer: First, the term Christian must be defined. A “Christian” is not a person who has said a prayer or walked down an aisle or been raised in a Christian family. While each of these things can be a part of the Christian experience, they are not what makes a Christian. A Christian is a person who has fully trusted in Jesus Christ as the only Savior and therefore possesses the Holy Spirit (John 3:16; Acts 16:31; Ephesians 2:8–9).

So, with this definition in mind, can a Christian lose salvation? It’s a crucially important question. Perhaps the best way to answer it is to examine what the Bible says occurs at salvation and to study what losing salvation would entail:

A Christian is a new creation. “Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has gone, the new has come!” (2 Corinthians 5:17, NKJV). A Christian is not simply an “improved” version of a person; a Christian is an entirely new creature. He is “in Christ.” For a Christian to lose salvation, the new creation would have to be destroyed.

A Christian is redeemed. “For you know that it was not with perishable things such as silver or gold that you were redeemed from the empty way of life handed down to you from your forefathers, but with the precious blood of Christ, a lamb without blemish or defect” (1 Peter 1:18–19). The word redeemed refers to a purchase being made, a price being paid. We were purchased at the cost of Christ’s death. For a Christian to lose salvation, God Himself would have to revoke His purchase of the individual for whom He paid with the precious blood of Christ.

A Christian is justified. “Therefore, since we have been justified through faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ” (Romans 5:1). To justify is to declare righteous. All those who receive Jesus as Savior are “declared righteous” by God. For a Christian to lose salvation, God would have to go back on His Word and “un-declare” what He had previously declared. Those absolved of guilt would have to be tried again and found guilty. God would have to reverse the sentence handed down from the divine bench.

A Christian is promised eternal life. “For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life” (John 3:16). Eternal life is the promise of spending forever in heaven with God. God promises that if you believe, you will have eternal life. For a Christian to lose salvation, eternal life would have to be redefined. The Christian is promised to live forever. Does eternal not mean “eternal”?

A Christian is marked by God and sealed by the Spirit. “You also were included in Christ when you heard the message of truth, the gospel of your salvation. When you believed, you were marked in him with a seal, the promised Holy Spirit, who is a deposit guaranteeing our inheritance until the redemption of those who are God’s possession—to the praise of his glory” (Ephesians 1:13–14). At the moment of faith, the new Christian is marked and sealed with the Spirit, who was promised to act as a deposit to guarantee the heavenly inheritance. The end result is that God’s glory is praised. For a Christian to lose salvation, God would have to erase the mark, withdraw the Spirit, cancel the deposit, break His promise, revoke the guarantee, keep the inheritance, forego the praise, and lessen His glory.

A Christian is guaranteed glorification. “Those he predestined, he also called; those he called, he also justified; those he justified, he also glorified” (Romans 8:30). According to Romans 5:1, justification is ours at the moment of faith. According to Romans 8:30, glorification comes with justification. All those whom God justifies are promised to be glorified. This promise will be fulfilled when Christians receive their perfect resurrection bodies in heaven. If a Christian can lose salvation, then Romans 8:30 is in error, because God could not guarantee glorification for all those whom He predestines, calls, and justifies.

A Christian cannot lose salvation. Most, if not all, of what the Bible says happens to us when we receive Christ would be invalidated if salvation could be lost. Salvation is the gift of God, and God’s gifts are “irrevocable” (Romans 11:29). A Christian cannot be un-newly created. The redeemed cannot be unpurchased. Eternal life cannot be temporary. God cannot renege on His Word. Scripture says that God cannot lie (Titus 1:2).

Two common objections to the belief that a Christian cannot lose salvation concern these experiential issues: 1) What about Christians who live in a sinful, unrepentant lifestyle? 2) What about Christians who reject the faith and deny Christ?

——————————————-  >>

The problem with these objections is the assumption that everyone who calls himself a “Christian” has actually been born again. The Bible declares that a true Christian will not live a state of continual, unrepentant sin (1 John 3:6). The Bible also says that anyone who departs the faith is demonstrating that he was never truly a Christian (1 John 2:19). He may have been religious, he may have put on a good show, but he was never born again by the power of God. “By their fruit you will recognize them” (Matthew 7:16). The redeemed of God belong “to him who was raised from the dead, in order that we might bear fruit for God” (Romans 7:4).

———————————————-  >>

Nothing can separate a child of God from the Father’s love (Romans 8:38–39). Nothing can remove a Christian from God’s hand (John 10:28–29). God guarantees eternal life and maintains the salvation He has given us. The Good Shepherd searches for the lost sheep, and, “when he finds it, he joyfully puts it on his shoulders and goes home” (Luke 15:5–6). The lamb is found, and the Shepherd gladly bears the burden; our Lord takes full responsibility for bringing the lost one safely home.

Jude 1:24–25 further emphasizes the goodness and faithfulness of our Savior: To him who is able to keep you from stumbling and to present you before his glorious presence without fault and with great joy—to the only God our Savior be glory, majesty, power and authority, through Jesus Christ our Lord, before all ages, now and forevermore! Amen.”

Bible Topic: Who/What is God?

For the traits of God Almighty, read the “traits of Jesus” topic as he and God have the same traits and character.

God Almighty is a “spirit being” and not flesh and blood.  What “spirit being” means no one knows specifically.  However, God’s physical form exhibits intense bright light and high “energy” levels.  He has substance, mass, and form.  He is immortal under ALL circumstances.  He always was, always is, and always will be.

He thinks, evaluates, considers, decides, leads, knows everything, and has great powers.  He has compassion and mercy.  He loves, cares, forgives, and understands.

In the Trinity He Officiates = GOD THE FATHER/GOD ALMIGHTY
presides, commands, directs, governs, controls, compels, guides, reigns, has authority, supervises, leads, authorizes, appoints, imposes, grants, instructs, requires, manages, oversees, approves/disapproves, and has ultimate control/power. All worship, prayer, glory, praise, and thanks goes to God the Father and “HE” gives glory and praise to whom he chooses.

Topic: There are FOUR Resurrections

There are FOUR resurrections:

  1.  1st resurrection:  saved through Christ before death but who have died before the rapture occurs.  Saved [are upon their Earthly death] in Paradise which was moved from inside Earth to Heaven upon Jesus Christ death at Calvary and His resurrection.
  2. 2nd resurrection:  saved through Christ alive at His coming to gather those who are alive at his coming in the clouds.  Those who are already dead in Paradise receive their “glorified bodies and immorality” first and then those saved who are gathered alive from Earth receive their “glorified bodies and immorality”.]  All return to Paradise in Heaven for the “marriage feast” of Christ and the Church Bride.
  3.  3rd resurrection:  saved during Tribulation [upon their death] and those saved during 1000 year reign of Christ on Earth.  They receive their “glorified bodies and immorality” upon Tribulation death or st end of the 1000 yrs. [Saved are those who are saved through Jesus Christ and did not worship the beast or his image AND had not received his mark on their foreheads or on their hands. — “don’t think his way or do his works”.]
  4. 4th resurrection:  UNSAVED dead in Hell and those UNSAVED alive on Earth at end of 1000 year reign Jesus Christ.  Those who died unsaved during the Tribulation or during 1000 yr reign of Jesus Christ go to Hell before this resurrection.  All unsaved in Hell will go to the White Throne Judgement, Stripes punishment, and disposal in Lake of Fire, thus, to be no more — ever.  UNSAVED do not get a “glorified body or immortality”.  UNSAVED join with their spiritual body [which has substance] en-route to White Throne Judgement. Try not to be in this one.

— II Corinthians 5:6-8 states that upon death, saved will be with the Lord in Heaven, upon death our bodies go into the grave.  Saved receive their glorified immortal bodies later.

—- 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18 states that glorified bodies and immortality are obtained [for those dead & in Heaven and those alive and gathered at the rapture] at the time of the rapture with those dead & in Heaven receiving such first and then those alive & gathered thereafter………..It should be noted that at this time our Spirit is joined with our Spirit body for a glorified body and given immortality. How, only God knows.]

—- It should be noted that those saved dead in Tribulation and those who are saved in 1000 yr reign receive their glorified bodies at a separate time than those gathered in rapture.

Topic: Is it a sin to obtain assisted termination if you are terminally ill?

Some of us are looking at their own end of life.  We are terminally sick.  At the near end of our life, it is OK to choose to terminate our life with assisted care in a state or country that legally does such assistance.  It is not s sin under these type of circumstances.

I cannot say that Jesus was killed as he “gave up his life for our sins” and paid the sin penalty.  He came to Earth to do such as his purpose for coming [in addition to teaching].

It is NOT OK to end your life for frivolous reasons before our time to die.  However, end of life can be very painful and costly.  You are going to die soon anyway and you have a right to be terminated near your end time.

There are states and countries that do help with assisted termination of life in these circumstances.  I suggest you do so ONLY at the end of your time on Earth and not at the beginning.

Termination of life will be  only a physical death and not a spiritual death — if you are a saved person — so you will still be alive alive in Heaven.

Topic: Lord’s Prayer — with meaning

Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be Thy name; Thy kingdom come; Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread; and forgive us for our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us; and lead us not into temptation; but deliver us from evil.

  1. Our Father, who art in Heaven, hallowed by Thy name
    1. Having a heavenly Father means that we are a part of the family of God. Through Jesus, we can receive eternal life and adoption into God’s family. This comes with many implications. As God’s children, we know that we are loved
    2. God’s name is [sacred and holy] and [esteemed, repected, held in high regard tinged with awe]
  2. Thy Kingdom come
    1. To pray Thy Kingdom Come means to invite God’s will into the world and to be open to what God wants for your life. It is also looking forward to Jesus’ Second Coming to fully establish God’s reign. It’s a prayer that summarizes the entire Bible and what God wants to do on the earth.
  3. Thy will be done on Earth as it is in Heaven
    1. We ask God to save us from any unwillingness to learn God’s will and embrace God’s kingdom; to save us from choosing our own plans and desires; and to save us from trying to limit the scope of God’s purposes.
  4. Give us this day our daily bread
    1. [Word of God and Revelation]
  5. Forgive us our trespasses as we {should} forgive those who trespass against us
    1. [sins, wrong-doing]
    2. We should forgive others as God forgives us.  It is not that God forgives us as we forgive others.  God forgives totally, forgets the trespass, and does it every time we trespass and repent.
  6. Lead us not into temptation
    1. [enticement, allurement]
  7. Deliver us from Evil
    1. [morally wrong or bad, harmful,detrimental]
  8. In Jesus name
    1. Jesus repeatedly taught His disciples to pray in His name (John 14:13–14; 15:16; 16:23–24).
    2. Praying in his name is to acknowledge and remember that Christ is the only way—that our standing before the Father is based on the finished work of Christ alone. We come to him in prayer, not because of our own works or merit, but in the name of Jesus. That preposition “in” is a significant one.
  9. Amen
    1. [it is so, so be it]

============================================================

When  praying similar to the Lord’s Prayer, use your own wording and include anything personal or in need of addressing in prayer.  The Lord’s Prayer is meant to be an example of “How to Pray”.

Bible Topic: God’s time is linear

God’s timeline is linear [One year after the other]!

If you read the Bible, you will find that God’s timeline of events is linear.  God can, if he chooses, jump around in time [as in time travel], but he chooses to do things in linear time.

  • Heaven exists
  • Earth is created with people [6th day creation]
  • Satan Rebels with many Angels and gets thrown out of Heaven
  • Present Heaven exists
  • Adam and Eve created, fall, and thrown out of Eden
  • Angels take human women for brides and Giants created
  • Noah and Flood
  • Jewish Exodus from Egypt
  • and so on until Tribulation
  • Million Year Reign under Christ
  • and so on until Eternal Heaven Exists
  • Eternity under God the Father with Jesus as King of Kings, Head of Church, and Head of Family under God

Topic: Will people be Vegetarians in the New Earth Heaven?

Per History:  [Starts with pre-Adam and Eve Creations — 6th day creations in Gen. 1]

Prior to about 3.5 million years ago, early humans dined almost exclusively on leaves and fruits from trees, shrubs, and herbs—similar to modern-day gorillas and chimpanzees.

By about two and a half million years ago, early humans started to occasionally eat meat. By about 2 million years ago, this happened more regularly. By probably about a million and a half years ago, humans started to get the better parts of animals.

It’s not a coincidence that the earliest evidence of widespread human meat-eating coincides in the archaeological record with Homo habilis, the “handyman” of early humans.

Per Scripture [Starts with Adam and Eve — 8th day creations in Gen. 2]

[Note:  Adam and Eve were the first Jewish people created and were to bring people to Gods way of life, but they failed to do so.]

Yes! — Gen. 9:3 Before the “Flood”, people [Jewish] were vegetarians.  After the “Flood” God gave animals for all people to eat as well. In Eternal [New Earth] Heaven, all people will be vegetarians again as all existent people will be doing things God’s way.

[Note:  the “Flood” killed off all people and animals except Noah and his family as well as the animals that were on the Ark.]

  • in the beginning – God started creation
  • the first day – light was created
  • the second day – the sky was created
  • the third day – dry land, seas, plants and trees were created
  • the fourth day – the Sun, Moon and stars were created
  • the fifth day – creatures that live in the sea and creatures that fly were created
  • the sixth dayanimals that live on the land and finally humans, made in the image of God were created
  • by day seven – God finished his work of creation and rested, making the seventh day a special holy day.
  • the eighth day – God created Adam and Eve [Gen. 2]

Note: God’s Day can be very long.  The creation day might be millions of years in length and “day” might mean “a unit period of time”.

Note:  Human Science dating of objects [even bones] may or may not be absolutely correct as much of science is a hypothesis [a supposition or proposed explanation made on the basis of limited evidence as a starting point for further investigation].

Although the New Earth will be renewed, it will not have many of the things of the old Earth. It will be configured geographically in a different manner. The old Jerusalem will be gone and the new Jerusalem will replace it. The sea will be gone. There will be new rivers, new plant growth, new mountains/valleys, etc. Former things will not be remembered.

Revelation 3:12 KJV

Him that overcometh will I make a pillar in the temple of my God, and he shall go no more out: and I will write upon him the name of my God, and the name of the city of my God, which is new Jerusalem, which cometh down out of heaven from my God: and I will write upon him my new name.

Topic: Marriage translated into “joined/reconciled”

Becoming a member of God’s Kingdom, Family, Church, etc,
is to join / reconcil / fit or relate harmoniouslysaved people with God
[through the sacrifice of Jesus paying the sin penalty].

Scripture uses words like marriage, bridegroom, bride, etc.  However, in 2023, the wording should be translated into our language as “joined / reconciled / fitted or related harmoniously” instead —  with God as the ultimate head of the Kingdom, Family, Church, and Cosmos.

The “marriage feast” is actually an event that Christians should want to attend, but not as a bride, but as a wanted and welcome member.  The “Church” is made up of Christian members.  However, the Church is the whole group as one [an organization or group]. The “marriage feast” would be better translated as a celebration of welcoming members into God’s Kingdom and that Jesus “is” the Head of the Church.

The same is true of the “Bridesmaids” presentation.  Christians should want to NOT miss being members of the Kingdom of God, Family of God, or Church of God due to not being constantly ready.

Topic: Is there sex in Heaven or on the New Earth in Eternity?

No Earthly person knows.  It is unknown. The Scriptures do not state either way.

However, Angels were able to come to Earth and have sex with human females, therefore, it is possible for beings in Heaven to have [participate] in sex.  It will be possible for the saved [in Glorified Bodies] to have sex, it is unknown if they will desire to do so or actually do so either in Heaven or on the New Earth Heaven.

It is also known that sex was to go with marriage, not outside of marriage, and there will be no marriage in Heaven.  We will [as a Church member] be in the family of God with Jesus as the HEAD OF THE CHURCH and the KING OF KINGS.

The word “marriage” is used by Jesus in the Bible [Marriage Feast, the Church will be married to Jesus, and God is married to Jerusalem as well as there will be no marriage in Heaven with woman given or received by man].  However, in the sense that God or Jesus use the word marry [Marriage Feast, the Church will be married to Jesus, and God is married to Jerusalem] marriage means “to join with” and does not have the same connotation as marriage on Earth now or in the past has.  Those in Heaven are under God’s authority and, under God – Jesus’ authority. Those in Heaven have a close relationship with God and Jesus as well as the Holy Spirit.

dictionary meaning: marry:

  • to combine suitably or agreeably; blend

Topic: Eternal punishment — in the lake of Fire for the unsaved.

It is unknown if a sinner is thrown into the Lake of Fire alive or dead, but once there they will quickly die and dissipate into nothingness and be no more.  They will never re-constituent and get out of Hell and be anywhere.  They will forever be gone. Therefore, the sinner is punished forever.  They will never be in God’s presence again or live again.

After judgement at the White Throne Judgement, a sinner receives “stripes” [whipped] and is then thrown into the Lake of Fire.  Even Hell itself is thrown into the Lake of Fire.

Fallen Angels and Satan, himself, are forever punished.  They never have influence, presence, or the ability to affect humans [glorified] or be in God’s presence again.  The books of Enoch, states they are confined in chains in special unpleasant locations [pillars of fire] forever.

Topic: What is the meaning of your life?

  1. From the beginning mankind was ordained to have dominion, to rule, to be in charge of the physical creation here on Earth. [Ps 8]
  2. Mankind was given the capacity and responsibility to help direct and judge his fellow man under God. [Ex 18]
  3. Christian life is to reconcile man to God. [2 Peter 3 and Luke 4]
  4. Christian is to become a member of God’s Family and God’s Kingdom [for eternity].
  5. Christian is to become full fledged Sons of God and help rule the entire universe under the direction of Jesus Christ.
  6. Christian is to become more like Jesus in character, focus, goals, and essence. [overcoming himself, the world, and assaults of Satan through faith — via reading the bible, prayer, help of Holy Spirit, learn to live by every word of God, and grow in spiritual maturity.] Although we will have unique personalities, we are added to God’s Family in spiritual rebirth because Jesus paid our sin penalty. Christians will never be equal to Jesus or God [in character or power] but the Christian is to progress closer to the character of Jesus.

Topic: Do sinners in Hell get tortured? — NO!

Parable of the Rich Man and Lazarus shows that those in Hell are not tortured or treated in any negative manner other than not getting amenities as they would if they were in Paradise [Heaven].  Abraham and Lazarus kindly explained to the Rich Man why he had to exist as he did while they were in Paradise [at the time near Hell but with an impassible gulf between].

The fact that it was allowed was a kindness to the Rich Man in Hell.  He was treated respectfully as well – both by Angels who set it all up, God who allowed it, and Abraham/Lazarus who met with him [so to speak].

The Rich Man basically tormented himself by wanting the amenities of Paradise and to be there instead of Hell.  He most likely remembered being rich with all the amenities of being such and missed them all.  He also, most likely tormented himself with the knowledge that it would not change and he was headed to Judgement Day, stripes, and the Lake of Fire with no reprieve.  He was tormented by not being in Paradise where he wanted to be instead of where he was and he could not do anything about it ever.

So…….. even though a sinner is in Hell, he is not tortured.  He is there with his own feelings on the situation and his memories and regrets.  He is in Hell not Paradise where he wants to be.  He has the knowledge “It is TOO LATE.”

+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Hell is not going to be pleasant, but no one is tortured.  Those there may torture themselves with their own desires, memories, and lack of amenities.  Those who want drugs, to kill others, rape others, and other horrid acts will not be able to do such and may find that they cannot do what they want to do to be a torment.  Such torment is of their own making. [Hell has an absence of good, community, friendships, and camaraderie.  A sinner is there in solitary confinement. There are no amenities. Those in Hell know that non-sinners are in Paradise with amenities and happy.]

Topic: Where is Paradise [saved believers] today?

Paradise was originally in the Earth adjacent to Hell, with a gulf between. [Old [Testament]
Jesus spoke about it when He told the Parable of the Rich Man and Lazarus. “So it was that the beggar died and was carried by the angels to Abraham’s bosom. The rich man also died and was buried. And being in torments in Hades, he lifted up his eyes and saw Abraham afar off, and Lazarus in his bosom.” (Luke 16:22-23)

Paradise moved to Heaven after the Jesus arose from the dead. [New Testament]
Therefore, today, Paradise and saved believers [saints] are in Heaven in Paradise.

• Philippians 1: 23
• Acts 7:55
• Ephesians 4:9
• II Corinthians 12:2-4

Present or Intermediate Heaven vs Eternal Heaven:  read the book “Heaven” by Randy Alcorn.  The book clearly explains Heaven now vs Heaven that is Eternal.  Remember that God [the Father] is omnipresent and can be in more than one location at a time. God will not be confined to the Earth in Eternal Heaven, but his main residence will be the New Earth Heaven with the glorified bodied beings.

Topic: World Leaders in it for themselves

Excerpts from Tomorrow’s World News and Prophecy:

Ezekiel warned that end-time leaders, even in the Israelite-descended nations, will be in it for themselves (Ezekiel 34:2–4). They will clothe and feed themselves and neglect everyone else for whom they are responsible. This world needs compassionate leaders who will take care of their people. This world needs Christ’s return and His reign of peace!

Bible prophecy warns that as the end of the age approaches, men will be displaced as leaders of society: “As for My people, children are their oppressors, and women rule over them” (Isaiah 3:12).

==========================

My opinion:

Note:  Our USA country is an Israelite-descended nation.  As as we can see in current news [both online, newspapers, and TV news], our countries leaders are mostly out for their own greed, influence, and control issues.

Even though the end-times started with Jesus’ coming to Earth [existence & teachings], death on the cross, resurrection, and ascension, — NOW we are closer to the end of the end-times.  We do not have much time left to be saved, become more Christ-like, and walk-in-the-spirit.

Our country might end in the “goat-group” but we as Christians should become and stay in the “sheep-group”.

Topic: Day of Salvation

2 Corinthians 6:1-2 [1] We then, as workers together with him, beseech you also that you receive not the grace of God in vain. [2] (For he said, I have heard you in a time accepted, and in the day of salvation have I succored you: behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation.)

While you are alive [your now] is the only time for you to be able to be saved.  You cannot wait until the “White Throne Judgement” and expect to be reprieved from eternal death and separation from God as it will be too late.

For those who have not heard of Jesus and salvation, the answer is the same.  While one is alive if the only time that one can be saved through Jesus’s payment of the sin penalty.  Unsaved humans have God’s creation that screams his existence and power also, humans are created with a conscious an in bread knowledge of God, but most often ignore such.  If a human desires to be saved even without hearing about Jesus, they can pray to God and repent of their sins.  God has the power to then let them know of Jesus either via the Holy Spirit or sending someone to let them know about Jesus.  ALSO, although God wants everyone to be saved through Jesus, he has the right [fair or not] to save whom he chooses and not save whom he chooses.  He can make pottery for good or bad.

Topic: To whom are you servants?

Romans 6:16
KJV — Know ye not, that to whom ye yield yourselves servants to obey, his servants ye are to whom ye obey; whether of sin unto death, or of obedience unto righteousness?
NKJV — Do you not know that to whom you present yourselves slaves to obey, you are that one’s slaves whom you obey, whether of sin leading to death, or of obedience leading to righteousness?
NIV — Don’t you know that when you offer yourselves to someone as obedient slaves, you are slaves of the one you obey—whether you are slaves to sin, which leads to death, or to obedience, which leads to righteousness?

Notice in the above that you willing with complete knowledge yield, present, or offer to follow and obey. Thus, you willingly become servants.

If you are in a prison [example: abused], under captivity [example: kidnapped, war captive, etc], and/or physically or mentally abused [example: a minor]– you are not willingly yielding or offering to obey. The evil [sin] done is theirs.

Romans 10 9 — 9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.

Proverbs 24:16 — is an encouraging verse that says, “For a just man falleth seven times, and riseth up again: but the wicked shall fall into mischief.”

Romans 8:16, KJV: — The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God: Romans 8:16, NASB: The Spirit Himself testifies with our spirit that we are children of God, Romans 8:16, NLT: For his Spirit joins with our spirit to affirm that we are God’s children.

Romans 8:1, ESV: — There is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus. Romans 8:1, KJV: There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.

Galatians 3 26 — 26 For ye are all the achildren of God by bfaith in Christ Jesus. 27 For as many of you as have been abaptized into Christ have put on Christ. 28 There is neither Jew nor aGreek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all bone in Christ Jesus.

Ephesians 4:24, NLT: — Put on your new nature, created to be like God–truly righteous and holy. Ephesians 4:24, CSB: and to put on the new self, the one created according to God’s likeness in righteousness and purity of the truth.

Proverbs 16 3 — Commit to the LORD whatever you do, and your plans will succeed. In his heart a man plans his course, but the LORD determines his steps.

Exodus 14 14 — 14 The LORD shall fight for you, and ye shall hold your peace. 14 The LORD will fight for you, and you have only to be silent.” 14 The LORD himself will fight for you. Just stay calm.”

Ephesians 5:11, NASB: — Do not participate in the useless deeds of darkness, but instead even expose them; Ephesians 5:11, NLT: Take no part in the worthless deeds of evil and darkness; instead, expose them. Ephesians 5:11, CSB: Don’t participate in the fruitless works of darkness, but instead expose them.

Galatians 2 20 — “I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God who loved me and gave Himself for me.”

Romans 6 23 — “For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord” (verse 23). If we serve sin, we get wages — something we deserve: shame and death. But if we serve God, we get eternal life as a gift, something we didn’t deserve.

Micah 7:7 In-Context — 7 But as for me, I watch in hope for the LORD, I wait for God my Savior; my God will hear me. 8 Do not gloat over me, my enemy! Though I have fallen, I will rise. Though I sit in darkness, the LORD will be my light.

Jeremiah 29 11 — Christians facing difficult situations today can take comfort in Jeremiah 29:11 knowing that it is not a promise to immediately rescue us from hardship or suffering, but rather a promise that God has a plan for our lives and regardless of our current situation, He can work through it to prosper us and give us a hope.

Proverbs 23 12 — This means that true wisdom requires intentional choices; a person can “know” what is right, but the heart must apply that knowledge to real-life situations.

1 Corinthians 10 21 — You cannot drink the cup of the Lord, and the cup of demons: you cannot be partakers of the Lord’s table, and of the table of demons.

Topic: Have a greater sense of purpose!

Crisis in mental health:

[“As our nations turn away from God and reject His laws, our nations are reaping the fruit of the secular seeds that have been sown in our modern world.”]

“This crisis [mental health crisis] has been aggravated by nearly two years of lockdowns and loneliness due the COVID pandemic, trauma and anxiety related to school shootings, fears generated by news reports about the “climate crisis” and growing violence in cities and communities, and terrorist activities and wars around the world. The solution many propose to this crisis is more money to place more psychologists and mental health counselors in schools and communities.”  ……”have a greater sense of purpose, which is an important element in dealing with depression”. (Medical News Today, November 21, 2022)

“Today, few realize that Jesus Christ foretold that just before He returns, human civilization will come to the point where the future of all life on earth would be in jeopardy, teaching that “unless those days were shortened, no flesh would be saved” (Matthew 24:22). Christ’s return is the good news about our future that world leaders do not understand.” (Today’s World Magazine, January, 27, 2022

It is easier to deal with life if you keep yourself as physically healthy as possible.  It is harder to handle life or endure it if you are high on drugs, addicted to alcohol, or focused on partying alone.  Give yourself the best chance of good mental health by having as good physical health as possible.

Topic: Christian persecution higher than ever!

On this year’s {2023} list, North Korea is followed by Somalia, Yemen, Eritrea, Libya, Nigeria, Pakistan, Iran, Afghanistan and Sudan. Sudan, at No. 13 last year, is new to the Top 10.

The organization also noted a troubling trend: an “alarming” increase in violence against Christians by Islamic extremists in sub-Saharan Africa. In Nigeria, the number of religiously motivated killings jumped from 4,650 last year to 5,014 in 2022.

…… an increase of persecution, but also an increase in the size and the strength of the body of Christ {church growth}.

The United States, notably, is not on the list, though some U.S. Christians have expressed concern about discrimination.

…… American Christians that {is} relative to many, many, many places in the world, {has} extraordinary freedom.

Topic: Christian Nationalism NOT Biblical!

Christian Nationalism is not Biblical.  This is Saton’s World, and you and I will not change that “by getting out the vote” or resorting to violence.  Don’t just believe me – open your Bible and look up John 14:30, 2 Corinthians 4: 3-4 and Ephesians 2: 2-3.

What is? ….. Jesus’ return and God’s Kingdom

We have entered a time when God is going to deal with the World in the only terms it can understand.

Walking in the Spirit

To walk in the Spirit, means that we
            summit to the will of God
            yield to His control,
            follow His lead, &
            allow Him to exert His influence over us.
To walk in the Spirit is the opposite of resisting Him or grieving Him (Ephesians 4:30).

A “walk” in the Bible is often a metaphor for practical daily living. Whole way of life is lived according to the rule of the gospel, as the Spirit moves them toward obedience to God.

Lord, please give me patience, & give it to me ‘right’ NOW !”
This tongue-in-cheek, satirical statement humorously depicts what is so hard about being patient.

—————————————————————————–

  • Those who walk in the Spirit walk in love  — they live in love for God and for their fellow man.
  • Those who walk in the Spirit walk in joy — they exhibit gladness in what God has done, is doing, and will do.
  • Those who walk in the Spirit walk in peace — they live worry-free and refuse anxiety (Philippians 4:6).
  • Those who walk in the Spirit walk in patience — they are known for having a “long fuse” and do not lose their temper.
  • Those who walk in the Spirit walk in kindness — they show tender concern for the needs of others.
  • Those who walk in the Spirit walk in goodness — their actions reflect virtue and holiness.
  • Those who walk in the Spirit walk in faithfulness — they are steadfast in their trust of God and His Word.
  • Those who walk in the Spirit walk in gentleness — their lives are characterized by humility, grace, and thankfulness to God.
  • Those who walk in the Spirit walk in self-control — they display moderation, constraint, & the ability to say “no” to the flesh.

God holds you responsible

We were made by God FOR God!
WE ARE HELD RESPONSIBLE for doing the following!

  • Recognizing and Repenting your sins
  • Asking to be saved and accepting it from God. Answering God’s call to be saved.
  • Worshiping God alone [Thanking God for 12 things]
  • Praying to God alone
  • Staying in Christ [Walk in the Spirit] [with help of Holy Spirit] [not “falling away” ever]
  • Listening to God through the Holy Spirit
  • Reading and Beliving Scriptures [Let Holy Spirit give revelations] Daily [Confirming everythng through Scriptures]
  • Resisting Temptations [with help of Holy Spirit] and confess & repent quickly if you sin. Do not continue to live in sin.
  • Not being Tricked [with help of Holy Spirit] {God held Adam & Eve for being tricked.}
  • Obeying God [with help of Holy Spirit] — [Doing the Commandments] —  You must be committed to doing whatever it is that God desires for you to do.  Giving forgiveness, accepting forgiveness, and forgiving yourself, too.
  • Letting Go of Control [Letting God Control your life, events, timing, etc] Letting God handle everything! Turning everything over to him. Surrender your will to His.   Letting God work through you to do all he asks you to do.
  • Fighting the Battle of Faith [repenting sins & changing the way you think with help of Holy Spirit] through lifes struggles, persecution [due to belief], and death [due to belief].
  • Taking up the Cross DAILY — be committed and focused on God. Trust, Faith, obedience are a MUST! Waiting for God’s timing. Listening to God, Jesus and Holy Spirit.
  • Living your life in all things, events, and situations as the saved child of God – AND not in the ways of the world. Follow God in timing and direction of your ways.
  • Knowing that Cats, Dogs, and Believers are in Heaven doing well and contented and living a pleasant life. There are animals in Heaven.
  • Being contented with what is in your Season of Life. This does not negate working,  creation, etc.
  • Be accepting of your place in God’s Timeline & the events happening at that time slot.
  • Praise God for things he has “On the Way and In Process” when those things are “in His Will to do”.
  • Witnessing of God to others.
  • Praying with the help of Holy Spirit for others and for self. [especially for their salvation and well being]
  • Watching World Events for progression of the “End Time” toward the Rapture and Second Coming. Being constantly ready for the Rapture and End Time.
  • Giving God credit for what He does/did/will do. You should not take credit for what God does/did/will do. [example in Isaiah]
  • Knowing that struggle in the Christian life is inevitable, lifelong, and ultimately beneficial. Being parepared to live accordingly. Knowing you are not on your own, but God is always with you and helps you.
  • Trusting God in all things ‘even when’ you do not understand it or disagree with it. God often uses other [good or bad] people, elements of Earth, animals, events, etc. God has his reasons. Developing stronger — Trust, Respect and Love of God.

“But it’s not a time to complain about it & not a time to get upset about it.  It’s a time to know that you were ‘called’ to be a part of these last days. You get to  have a role in ushering in the second coming of Jesus,”
End time bad conditions will exist [hopefully some will be saved during such] and the bad conditions will continue & intensify until the  Second Coming  of Jesus. —- People, apparently, need to learn that their bad behavior and bad choices lead to worse behavior and worse choices until life becomes unlivable.
Basically, for you —-   tough shit !   —- suffer and endure,
because it has to be.

  • Understanding that the end time events are not caused by God but by humans and when it gets bad enough that humans will destroy themselves, God will come to save humanity [not all humans as some will reject his salvation] — Apparently, humans need to get to this level of existance [eventual non-existence] before realizing their stupidity & accepting God’s ways.

We are responsible for doing these things, but cannot do them without God’s help, thus, God does them through you via the Holy Spirit’s influence and other methods.  Otherwise they do not get done!

What will our Heavenly [Glorified] Bodies Be Like?

Category: Bible Topics

Our Three Bodies – for those that are SAVED

  • Earthly Human [is current body that we have on Earth] {Flesh/Blood Body}
  • Transitional Spiritual Human [non-eternal pre-glorified body – before Rapture while in Heaven]  {is Spirit Body – able to talk, think, etc – not like the Angels or Jesus yet}
  • Post Spiritual Human [is eternal glorified body – at/after Rapture] {Spirit Body – actual eternal substance – similar to what Jesus has except we will not be God}

Reasoning:

So you don’t get confused if you watch the Discovery Channel or if you listen to experimental scientist who are now talking of Trans-Humans [machine/human mix] and Genetic-Altered Humans.

In current Heave saved will have Transitional Spirit Human bodies that have substance.} {Ecclesiastes 9:5 refers to second death in Lake of Fire where sinners will be no more ever again. Jesus said  that those in Heaven and Hell have substance and are alive [aware and function].  The reference to “not know” refers to — unsaved do not know because they have rejected God through Jesus and do not believe what God/Jesus says about anything and they do not care to know.]

What is the body of a believer who goes to Heaven before the Rapture/Resurrection? What is the “Transitional Post Human”?

Conclusion:

From "rich man" in pre-Hell parable: Luke 16:20-25 [ rich man {unsaved}/ Lazarus{saved}]
- both can talk, see, hear, think, feel, remember, understand
- both can walk, move, function physically
- both have substance and essence of some kind
- both are NOT immortal or free of corruption
- believer/saint has divine nature and those is pre-Hell still have the “Worldly” sin nature

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
"Rapture/Resurrection Event" [receiving incorruption & immortality glorified body]: Luke 20:35-38
- Believer/Saint DO NOT have immortality yet but receives it at the Rapture/Resurrection Event
- Believer/Saint does have divine nature
- Believer/Saint does NOT have the "glorified" body yet but receives it at the Rapture/Resurrection Event
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Saints/Martyrs physically go to/from before God to receive robes of righteousness" Rev 6:9-11
- Saints/Martyrs have movement, understanding, a physical body of some kind, hear, see, think
- Saints/Martyrs exist in substance
- Saints/Martyrs have divine nature, but not immortal

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Believers/Saints "in" Paradise [Heaven] after their death: Luke 16:20-25 [ rich man/ Lazarus] and Rev 6:11 [rest a little longer until their other brothers, fellow servants of Jesus, had been martyred on the earth and joined them.]
- aware of believers/saints still suffering on Earth
- enjoy nice environment and surroundings
- move about, hear, see, think, feel, understand, evaluate, speak/sing
- awaiting the Rapture/Resurrection knowingly [wanting it to take place]
- can ask questions and understand answers to/from God and understand where they are, the circumstances of Paradise [Heaven] and those on Earth at least to general/overall condition
How are the dead raised up? and with what body do they come?
Conclusions: Our resurrected glorified body will be:
  • Of divine nature [Heavenly] rather than the sin nature [Worldly].
  • Spiritual [Heavenly] rather than natural [Earthly].
  • Not flesh and blood [Earthly made]. It will be Heaven made.
  • Of substance that can be touched, felt, and will be solid. It will be able to eat and drink and function [touching and handling items of Earth or anywhere] — [stand, sit, move].
  • Incorruptible and immortal.
  • Individualized and unique. [“given a body as it hath pleased him {God}”]
  • Given Heavenly glory and Heavenly power. [not sickly, will not die, and will not grow old.
  • Changed — [We will no longer be human as we now know it, but will be an eternal spiritual post-human being.]
==================================================================
Living Bible
1 Corinthians 15:35-57
35 But someone may ask, “How will the dead be brought back to life again? What kind of bodies will they have?”
36 What a foolish question! You will find the answer in your own garden! When you put a seed into the ground it doesn’t grow into a plant unless it “dies” first.
37 And when the green shoot comes up out of the seed, it is very different from the seed you first planted. For all you put into the ground is a dry little seed of wheat or whatever it is you are planting,
38 then God gives it a beautiful new body—just the kind he wants it to have; a different kind of plant grows from each kind of seed.
39 And just as there are different kinds of seeds and plants, so also there are different kinds of flesh. Humans, animals, fish, and birds are all different.
40 The angels[d] in heaven have bodies far different from ours, and the beauty and the glory of their bodies is different from the beauty and the glory of ours.
41 The sun has one kind of glory while the moon and stars have another kind. And the stars differ from each other in their beauty and brightness.
42 In the same way, our earthly bodies which die and decay are different from the bodies we shall have when we come back to life again, for they will never die.
43 The bodies we have now embarrass us, for they become sick and die; but they will be full of glory when we come back to life again. Yes, they are weak, dying bodies now, but when we live again they will be full of strength.
44 They are just human bodies at death, but when they come back to life they will be superhuman bodies. For just as there are natural, human bodies, there are also supernatural, spiritual bodies.
45 The Scriptures tell us that the first man, Adam, was given a natural, human body[e] but Christ* is more* than that, for he was life-giving Spirit.
46 First, then, we have these human bodies, and later on God gives us spiritual, heavenly bodies.
47 Adam was made from the dust of the earth, but Christ came from heaven above.
48 Every human being has a body just like Adam’s, made of dust, but all who become Christ’s will have the same kind of body as his—a body from heaven.
49 Just as each of us now has a body like Adam’s, so we shall some day have a body like Christ’s.
50 I tell you this, my brothers: an earthly body made of flesh and blood cannot get into God’s Kingdom. These perishable bodies of ours are not the right kind to live forever.
51 But I am telling you this strange and wonderful secret: we shall not all die, but we shall all be given new bodies!
52 It will all happen in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, when the last trumpet is blown. For there will be a trumpet blast from the sky,[f] and all the Christians who have died will suddenly become alive, with new bodies that will never, never die; and then we who are still alive shall suddenly have new bodies too.
53 For our earthly bodies, the ones we have now that can die, must be transformed into heavenly bodies that cannot perish but will live forever.
54 When this happens, then at last this Scripture will come true—“Death is swallowed up in victory.”
55-56 O death, where then your victory? Where then your sting? For sin—the sting that causes death—will all be gone; and the law, which reveals our sins, will no longer be our judge.
57 How we thank God for all of this! It is he who makes us victorious through Jesus Christ our Lord!
KJV
1 Corinthians 15:35-57
35 But some man will say, How are the dead raised up? and with what body do they come?
36 Thou fool, that which thou sowest is not quickened, except it die:
37 And that which thou sowest, thou sowest not that body that shall be, but bare grain, it may chance of wheat, or of some other grain:
38 But God giveth it a body as it hath pleased him, and to every seed his own body.
39 All flesh is not the same flesh: but there is one kind of flesh of men, another flesh of beasts, another of fishes, and another of birds.
40 There are also celestial bodies, and bodies terrestrial: but the glory of the celestial is one, and the glory of the terrestrial is another.
41 There is one glory of the sun, and another glory of the moon, and another glory of the stars: for one star differeth from another star in glory.
42 So also is the resurrection of the dead. It is sown in corruption; it is raised in incorruption:
43 It is sown in dishonour; it is raised in glory: it is sown in weakness; it is raised in power:
44 It is sown a natural body; it is raised a spiritual body. There is a natural body, and there is a spiritual body.
45 And so it is written, The first man Adam was made a living soul; the last Adam was made a quickening spirit.
46 Howbeit that was not first which is spiritual, but that which is natural; and afterward that which is spiritual.
47 The first man is of the earth, earthy; the second man is the Lord from heaven.
48 As is the earthy, such are they also that are earthy: and as is the heavenly, such are they also that are heavenly.
49 And as we have borne the image of the earthy, we shall also bear the image of the heavenly.
50 Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; neither doth corruption inherit incorruption.
51 Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed,
52 In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.
53 For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality.
54 So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory.
55 O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory?
56 The sting of death is sin; and the strength of sin is the law.
57 But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.
John 20:26-27
26 And after eight days again his disciples were within, and Thomas with them: then came Jesus, the doors being shut, and stood in the midst, and said, Peace be unto you.
27 Then saith he to Thomas, Reach hither thy finger, and behold my hands; and reach hither thy hand, and thrust it into my side: and be not faithless, but believing.
John 21:12-14
12 Jesus saith unto them, Come and dine. And none of the disciples durst ask him, Who art thou? knowing that it was the Lord.
13 Jesus then cometh, and taketh bread, and giveth them, and fish likewise.
14 This is now the third time that Jesus shewed himself to his disciples, after that he was risen from the dead.
Matthew 26:64
“Yes,” Jesus said, “I am. And in the future you will see me, the Messiah, sitting at the right hand of God and returning on the clouds of heaven.
Acts 7:55
But Stephen, full of the Holy Spirit, gazed steadily upward into heaven and saw the glory of God and Jesus standing at God’s right hand.
Quenching the Spirit
Quenching the Spirit means despising or neglecting his gifts, refusing to express spiritual emotion, and resisting his fruit – so we must be careful not to quench the Holy Spirit, by indulging carnal lusts and affections, minding only earthly things. Source Website
Thess. 5:19 (KJV) But you can also quench the Holy Spirit
Ephesians 4:30 (KJV) And grieve not the holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed unto the day of redemption.
Hebrews 10:29 (KJV) Of how much sorer punishment, suppose ye, shall he be thought worthy, who hath trodden under foot the Son of God, and hath counted the blood of the covenant, wherewith he was sanctified, an unholy thing, and hath done despite unto the Spirit of grace?
1. to put out or extinguish.
2nd Coming vs Satan vs Our OWN Government
Not only do Christians have to discern whether it is Jesus at the Second Coming or that Satan [Anti Christ] is deceiving us by coming first to trick people into believing he is Jesus BUT NOW we have to discern if it is our own government trying to deceive us into thinking the 2nd coming has arrived.
The Discovery Channel has revealed that our government [I assume researchers] have been experimenting with faking a 2nd  coming  with modern technology techniques.  They have not succeeded in finding a way to do so yet, but are researching “how to” ideas to see if they would work and be convincing.  [At least we are told they have not yet succeeding in finding a working technique.]  Object is to trick people into being controllable by said group.
They do not obviously believe in the Second Coming or Jesus, but believe others do believe in it and they can use it to control the masses.
I am amazed!
Topic: We cannot earn anything from God.
Faith, trust, conviction, and forgiveness are gifts from God through Jesus via the Holy Spirit.  None of these are generated by us, but ARE given to us by God. [Source: In-Touch TV 3/27/2016]
Forgiveness cannot be earned by demonstrations [even sincere ones] of repentance. We ask for forgiveness with sincerity and He forgives us because He wants to do so.
If we backslide or sin, we should ask for forgiveness and accept such from God.  If we repetitively sin, we eventually backslide a step at a time until we are so backslid-den that we lose our souls if we do not become convicted and repent prior to death in the flesh.
Topic: Discovery Channel Accuracy?
Do NOT believe everything the Discovery Channel presents regarding religion.  In fact, their inaccuracies regarding God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit and all related topics makes a viewer question their presentations on other things in the world that they present as facts.
Even when they state a concept as held by some, they later in the presentation, present such as fact or in such a way that it implies fact.  Often it is not fact, but is someone’s opinion and in error. I don’t know who their experts they are consulting are, but whoever they are, they are NOT of God even remotely.
I often think they are working overtime to negate and degrade God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit.  These concepts have been around since Jesus appeared on Earth.
The latest presentation that I started to listen to was so far fetched, it was actually stupid-funny.
Jesus was/is/always will be the BEGOTTEN Son of God.  He was/is Deity and human combined.  He is now in a glorified body still including human and Deity.  However God had Jesus born of woman is none of my or anyone else’s’ business.  Otherwise, God would have had it specifically stated in the Bible and it is not.  Jesus is the anointed of God to fulfill the task appointed to Him, which He did/does/will.  Jesus Christ is to be honored, appreciated and thanked as well as trusted, followed, and believed.  Why? Because God the Father said so and Jesus His Son said so.  It is God’s Plan of Salvation.
Topic: Who blinds or hardens unbelievers heart?
John 12:40
God [of this world – Satan] has blinded their eyes and hardened their hearts so that they can neither see nor understand nor turn to me to heal them.”
Romans 9:18
18 Therefore, God has mercy on whom he wants to have mercy, and he hardens whom he wants to harden. — 32 Wherefore? Because they [Jews] sought it not by faith, but as it were by the works of the law. For they stumbled at that stumbling stone [Jesus Christ].
[Note: God has mercy on those who accept Jesus as their Saviour according to his Plan of Salvation.]
John 12:40
40 He [Satan] hath blinded their eyes, and hardened their heart; that they should not see with their eyes, nor understand with their heart, and be converted, and I [God] should heal them.
Romans 11:25
I do not want you to be ignorant of this mystery, brothers and sisters, so that you may not be conceited: Israel has experienced a hardening in part until the full number of the Gentiles has come in,
[Note: refers to Believers whether Gentile or Jewish can lose their salvation if they do not continue to trust and have faith in Jesus according to God’s Plan of Salvation. Some Jews are saved now but most are not.  If Jews are alive in the flesh at the 2nd coming they will have the opportunity to accept Jesus as their Saviour and will do so.  Those Jews or Gentiles who die unsaved are lost forever.  They get cut off from the vine.]
2 Corinthians 3:14
14 But their minds were blinded: for until this day remained the same vail untaken away in the reading of the old testament; which vail is done away in Christ.
[Note: blinded, hardened, and dulled because they rejected Jesus. Accepting Jesus would have removed the vail.]
Ephesians 4:17-19
17 This I say therefore, and testify in the Lord, that ye henceforth walk not as other Gentiles walk, in the vanity of their mind,
18 Having the understanding darkened, being alienated from the life of God through the ignorance that is in them, because of the blindness of their heart:
19 Who being past feeling have given themselves over unto lasciviousness, to work all uncleanness with greediness.
Hebrews 3:13
13 But exhort one another daily, while it is called Today; lest any of you be hardened through the deceitfulness of sin.
2 Corinthians 4:4 [Full Chapter]
4 In whom the god [Satan] of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.
————————–
Conclusion:
Satan and/or individual choice causes hardening, blindness, and dullness toward God.  God allowed but did not cause hardening, blindness, or dullness of anyone’s heart.
Topic: Is there another point of time one can be saved?
Is there another point of time one can be saved……..
in addition to the one opportunity when a human is in the flesh [before flesh death] for those who never heard of God/Jesus/Holy Spirit, for those whose eyes were blinded, or for those who received incorrect information and did not receive the truth [that is truth about God/Jesus/Holy Spirit]?
1.  Rich man did not have possibility while in Hell to receive even a drop of Living Water. He was told he already received his good things and had his chance to receive the Living Water.
2.  Mankind is born with a conscience of right and wrong [even those missing a sympathy gene know right or wrong but they do not care] and therefore God thinks there is no excuse. Humans in the flesh were born [hardwired] with the capability of being aware of God and to seek him out.
3.  Mankind can view Earth, space, stars, life on Earth, all of God’s creation and should know that there is a true God over it all and who created it all.
4.  Those alive during Great Tribulation can be saved and will be at White Throne Judgement with their name in the Book of Life if they were saved during the Great Tribulation and thus will then receive their glorified immortal body and go into God’s Eternal Kingdom.
5.  Those alive and saved during the Millennium will be at White Throne Judgement with their name in the Book of Life and thus will then receive their glorified immortal body and go into God’s Eternal Kingdom. Those who are in the Millennium [other than saints in glorified bodies helping and Jesus and his loyal angels] will be alive flesh humans who survived the Great Tribulation without being killed.  God will sort the nations into goats and sheep as well as the people therein and the goats will be sent to Hell to await judgement, punishment, and Lake of Fire while the sheep and people therein will go into the Kingdom Age of the Millennium.
6.  Israel’s bones come alive.  Israel is brought to God under Jesus’ rule. This refers to those of Isreal alive at the end of the Great Tribulation and at the Second Coming.
7. Some are blinded, hardened, and dulled with a veil keeping them from God’s Salvation.  [Some are self-blinded and some are blinded by the God [Satan] of this World/Age.]
8. At the White Throne Judgement, the Books are opened and the Book of Life is opened.  The Books are the Books of the Bible and the Book of Life has the names of those who were saved [washed in the blood of Jesus as their Saviour ].  The Books of the Bible will show unbelievers their sins as sins and relate the penalty [death] as the sin for punishment.  The Book of Life will indicate that they are saved and receive their glorified body and go into eternity with God’s children.  The Bible Scriptures DOES NOT say unbelievers are instructed in Truth [other than to show their sins as sins and why they are being punished and going to the Lake of Fire] or given a chance to be saved.
9.  It is better for Sodom than Capernaum at Judgement? Sodom will receive fewer stripes than Capernaum as Sodom did not have the presentation of the Gospel and the Miracles that Capernaum did.
10.  Why punish with stripes and then be thrown into the Lake of Fire – why not just judge and terminate?
    • Wrath of God [justified wrath]
    • Revenge is mine said God. [We flesh humans are not to seek revenge as revenge belongs to God.]
    • God promised punishment of sin. [God will keep his promise.]
    • Non-punishment Reward to those saved. [Believers will not be punished while unbelievers will be punished.]
11.  Luke 13: 25-28  When once the master of the house is risen up and has shut the door and you begin to stand without and to knock at the door, saying Lord,  Lord, open unto us and He shall answer and say unto you, I know not whence ye are …….. depart from Me all ye workers of iniquity.
—————————————————————-
Conclusion:
Note:  I was looking at this information with the desired to find something that says that “those who were not given the gospel of salvation” during their flesh life will be given a chance to be saved later.  There are lots of countries [between the resurrection of Jesus and now] that have not heard of Jesus and had no opportunity to believe on him.
However, there is no scriptural evidence or implication that such [another opportunity] will be available.  In fact, there are many implications scripturally that during flesh-life the only opportunity occurs whether Gospel informed or not.
Topic: Does God always heal when we request it?
My aunt became very ill and eventually died of the illness. She was a devote Christian and had great faith that God would heal her. She believed she would be healed through faith and prayer. She continually asked God to heal her. However, she finally came to the realization that God said NO. For what reason no one knowns, but NO it was. That was the day she died. She let God take her instead of fighting Him on the issue.
God can  heal anyone He decides to heal. [either immediately or in the long run of his timing]  God, however,  is not at our beck and call  no matter what level of faith we have.   We can ask, present our case,  and accept his answer. God may have  a reason for His NO answer and it might be better for us that He did not grant our request.  We cannot demand anything of God.  We are to do His Will and not He to  do our will.
Topic: True Repentance
TRUE REPENTANCE BY:
  • Acknowledging the sinfulness of my heart and appealing to God for a new heart.
  • Repenting without regret.
  • Taking responsibility for my sin and taking God’s Chastisement and the bad results associated with my sin.
  • Changing my purposeful behavior thereafter – WITH GOD’S HELP.
    not being conformed to this world, but being transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what the will of God is [that which is good and acceptable and perfect].
  • Revealing true repentance by bearing good fruit.
————————-
NEW HEART INCLUDES:
  • A new attitude toward sin
  • The desire to not sin and to do God’s Will [NOT in opposition to spiritual]
  • A desire to do Good Works and the bearing Good Fruit [fruit of the Holy Spirit]
  • A commitment toward divine nature and behavior thereof [with help of Holy Spirit] …… An interest in the new covenant, have a new heart and a new spirit, in order to walk in a newness of life. God would give a heart of flesh, a soft and tender heart, complying with his holy will.
  • A new heart by the Spirit, not by the letter ……..the removal of a stubborn heart and giving you a tender, responsive heart. [mind, will and spirit—motive and principle of action].
Topic: Stay continually “in Jesus”.
As I review this blog, there seems to be a lot of stuff to keep in mind to do.  However, the only real  thing you need to actually  do,  is trust and believe in Jesus [“in Jesus”] continually and the rest just  happens.  If you stay “In Jesus” you will be acceptable to God the Father and receive salvation for eternity.
Topic: How to cultivate Joy
1. Rehearse with God the reasons you trust Him. Tell Him which of His attributes is your favorite right now. Read the praises of Scripture back to Him — begin with Psalms 103:1. Join with another believer in prayers of thanksgiving, and delight yourself in His character.
2. Keep a “joy journal.” Record the reasons you have to rejoice and the reminders of God’s faithfulness that you encounter in your everyday life. In addition, why not press a leaf from your prayer walks into its pages or include a photo of a person that brings you joy each time you remember him or her? Think big — expand your journal into a “joy box” or a “joy drawer” that brings floods of joy each time you open it.
3. Surround yourself with joyful people. Joy is contagious — so build relationships with friends whose lives exhibit their confidence in God. Pray for each other that your joy in Christ would continue to increase.
4. Approach life’s challenges and trials redemptively. God doesn’t waste the difficult circumstances of your life but uses them to develop His character in you. Review Romans 5:1 and James 1:1 for help in processing pressure productively. Joy will sneak up on you when you view your hardest lessons as gifts from God.
5. Make praise and gratitude a habit. Has God met a need? Praise Him! Have your challenges given you greater opportunities to see Him work? Thank Him! Joy flows from a grateful and responsive heart. Before you turn in at night, write down three to five blessings in your “joy journal.” Make it a habit, and watch your joyful attitude grow.
6. Fill your mind with music. Listen to, sing, and meditate on music that draws your heart nearer to God and His Word.
7. Take the long view. Investors advise their clients not to worry about the daily ups and downs of the stock market — what matters is the long view. Does life present incredible challenges today? Are your reserves at a low, or are you enjoying a content plateau? Regardless of today’s events, take the long view. Remember that God remains in charge of your days and will faithfully develop His character in you. Remember, joy springs from viewing the day’s events from eternity’s perspective. Trust that God controls your life’s details (Romans 8:28), that He hears your every request (Psalms 116:1), and that His joy will be your strength (Nehemiah 8:10).
Topic: Righteousness and Obedience
Jesus is righteous therefore when you are “in” Jesus you are righteous. Being “in” Jesus is having faith and trusting Jesus.
Our obedience is never well enough as we are imperfect. If we were/are perfect then we were/are not iligible for Grace as we wouldn’t need it. You come to God thru Jesus “just as you are” imperfect.  Our obedience is good enough only BECAUSE we are IN JESUS.  It is Jesus’ obedience not our obedience that is considered good enough.  Being “in” Jesus is  having faith and trusting Jesus.
God the Father looks at and considers Jesus' righteousness and obedience not ours. We are accepted as acceptable to God the Father through our Faith and Trust “IN JESUS”.
======================================
Commandments AFTER Grace:
  • Put God the Father first in ALL things.
  • Love your Neighbor as you love yourself.
If you do these two things, the rest just come about.
Topic: Be not of this World!
  • Study the Word of God through the Holy Spirit  [of God] {guidance, revitalization, and thinking}
  • Believe in the unity of the Godhead there are three coeternal and in Sync Persons, the same in substance but distinct in subsistence. God the Father is Supreme and Holy Spirit and Jesus do God the Father’s Will.
  • Know that Jesus Christ has Lordship over all things in heaven and in earth and under the earth and that God the Father exalted Him to this position.
  • Acknowledge that we are frail and damaged:  We are jars of clay, which are particularly appropriate vessels – to highlight the glorious power of God, –  as we have none [powers] of our own.
  • Recognize, Shut up, Endure, and be Joyful “knowing” God.  [paraphrased scripture]. Joyful in knowledge of God, Jesus, and Holy Spirit, knowing that there is a God, that Jesus died/arose for your sins, and that the Holy Spirit lives within you.  [recognize = acknowledge problem, consider solutions thru prayer, scripture, physical possibilities, and turning it over to God]
  • Be “IN Jesus”. Worship God the Father and have Faith and Trust in Jesus.  See Righteous & Obedience thru Jesus note.
Topic: What is God’s Will for Your Life?
  • Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths.
  • Obey what you already know to be God’s Will through the scriptures.
  • surround yourself with godly advisors.
  • His plan for you will always be directly related to the gifts that He has bestowed upon you. The great news is that you will automatically be good at whatever it is that He has called you to do!
  • take time to listen to what God might have to say [via ministers, scripture]
  • He actually begins to shape your desires so that you desire the things that He has already called you to do.
  • God often clearly demonstrates His plan for our lives by lining up circumstances in obvious ways. And He also shows us what His will is NOT for us to do in that same way.
Topic: Giving Thanks to God [12 things]
Struggle in the Christian life is inevitable, lifelong, and ultimately beneficial.  We encounter God’s grace through our trials in ways that would not happen if the trials had not come in the first place. But how do we see that in our trials?  You must be committed to doing whatever it is that He desires for you to do.
 1) That God is sovereign and in complete control of the intensity and the duration of your affliction. “I am God, and there is no other; I am God, and there is none like me, declaring the end from the beginning and from ancient times things not yet done, saying, “My counsel shall stand, and I will accomplish all my purpose”
 2) That God’s love and mercies never cease.  The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases; his mercies never come to an end; they are new every morning;  great is your faithfulness.
 3) That Jesus will never leave nor forsake you. Keep your life free from love of money, and be content with what you have, for he has said, “I will never leave you nor forsake you.”  Heb 13:5
 4) That God is with you in your affliction.  When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and through the rivers, they shall not overwhelm you; when you walk through fire you shall not be burned, and the flame shall not consume you.  Is 43:2
 5) That God hears your every prayer.  The eyes of the LORD are toward the righteous and his ears toward their cry. Ps 34:15 When the righteous cry for help, the LORD hears and delivers them out of all their troubles.  Ps 34:17
 6) That God is using this affliction to make you like Christ.  And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose. For those whom he foreknew he also predestined to be conformed to the image of his Son, in order that he might be the firstborn among many brothers.    Romans 8:28-29
 7) That this affliction is momentary and light compared to the eternal reward it is producing. For this light momentary affliction is preparing for us an eternal weight of glory beyond all comparison  2 Cor 4:17
 8) That Jesus is your sympathetic High Priest who intercedes for you constantly. For we do not have a high priest who is unable to \ul\b sympathize with our weaknesses, but one who in every respect has been tempted as we are, yet without sin.  Heb 4:15 Consequently, he is able to save to the uttermost those who draw near to God through him, since he always lives to make intercession for them. Heb 7:25
9) That God is near you in your pain. The LORD is near to the brokenhearted and saves the crushed in spirit. Ps 34:18
10) That Jesus is your refuge, strength, and strong tower you can run to. God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Ps 46:1, ESV
The name of the LORD is a strong tower; the righteous man runs into it and is safe. Pr 18:10
11) That God has saved you, washed away your sins, and adopted you as his own child.   Blessed are those whose transgressions are forgiven, whose sins are covered. Rom 4:7
12) That someday Jesus will wipe away every tear from your eyes and you will see his glorious face.
He will wipe away every tear from their eyes, and death shall be no more, neither shall there be mourning, nor crying, nor pain anymore, for the former things have passed away. Rev 21:4
  • THANK YOU GOD for 12 things!
  • Read and Study Bible daily. Scripturely confirm everything.
  • Fight Battle of Faith and Trust.-repent & try to change with His help.
  • Take up the Cross DAILY — be committed and focused on God.  Trust, Faith, obedience are a MUST! Wait for God’s timing. Listen to God, Jesus and Holy Spirit.
  • Live your life in all things, events, and situations as the saved child of God – not in the ways of the world.
  • Let God handle everything!  Turn everything over to him. Do what He tells you to do!
  • You were made by God FOR God!    [not anyone or anthing else]
  • Know that Cats, Dogs, and Believers are in Heaven doing well and contented and living a pleasant life.
  •  You  do not have to defend  yourself or convince others that you are a good person or have good intentions.  When on trial, Jesus was quiet, but innocent.  Often, you must let other’s opinions remain wrong.
  • Be contented with what is in your Season of Life.  This does not negate working, creation, etc.
  •  You must DO what God the Father says to do, but HE WILL GIVE YOU the ability and strength to DO it.  You must actually physically do what he tells you to do with that given ability and strength.
  • It is  not what YOU think of  you or OTHERS think of  you, but what HE [God the Father] thinks of you.  HE looks at you through Jesus Christ.  Stay “In Jesus”.
  • Jesus said it, I believe it, and that settles it!
Topic: self-control vs under total control of God
Meekness = power under control, slow to be provoked, kindness,  sweetness, disicipline.
self-control [discipline] vs under total control  of God thru the Holy Spirit:  God wants you to do what HE tells  you to do not what YOU tell  you to do. But YOU have the choice to do what HE tells you to do or not.
The Bible gives many instances where we are told to do something or that God expects to be able to do something that we think we cannot actually do.  It often seemed that the Bible was telling us that we should have the ability to do something of our own self-control or self-discipline.  “We should do thus and so.”
However, what is actually  expected is for us to fight the battle of faith and trust and let God give us the strength and power to do whatever He tells us to do.  Thus, it is his strength and power used, not our self-power, self-dicipline, or self-strength.
Topic: Sustain Your Faith
FOLLOW Jesus and you WILL sin no more. [If you are busy following Jesus, you will be doing that instead of sinning as you cannot do both at the SAME TIME.]
To be shut out from God’ s presence and from His power is to be without hope and without love forever.
“A day is coming when Jesus Christ will be revealed. Then you’ll see the full measure of My justice and the full measure of My love. Use this to sustain your faith in a suffering world.”, Jesus said
“You were taught, with regard to your former way of life, to put off your old self, which is being corrupted by its deceitful desires; to be made new in the attitude of your minds; and to put on the new self, created to be like God in true righteousness and holiness.” Eph. 4: 22-24
Topic: Believe in ONE God-Trinity
We believe in one God, the Father, eternally existing, who is a Spirit, a personal Being of supreme intelligence, knowledge, love, justice, power and authority. He, through Jesus Christ, is the Creator of the heavens and the earth and all that is in them. He is the Source of life and the One for whom human life exists.
We believe in one Lord, Jesus Christ of Nazareth, who is the Word and has eternally existed. We believe that He is the Messiah, the Christ, the divine Son of the living God, conceived of the Holy Spirit, born in the human flesh of the virgin Mary. We believe that it is by Him that God created all things and that without Him was not anything made that was made.
We believe in the Holy Spirit, as the Spirit of God and of Christ Jesus. The Holy Spirit is the power of God and the Spirit of life eternal (2 Timothy:1:7; Ephesians:4:6; 1 Corinthians:8:6; John:1:1-4; Colossians:1:16).  — on BeyondToday.tv about page.
Topic: God’s Time Line
We are FAR into the 5th SEAL.
6th SEAL will have huge earthquakes, vocano eruptions and lots of debris from outer space. AntiChrist appears somewhere within the 6th Seal.
Rev 6:7-19
Fifth Seal: The Cry of the Martyrs
9 When He opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of those who had been slain for the word of God and for the testimony which they held. 10 And they cried with a loud voice, saying, “How long, O Lord, holy and true, until You judge and avenge our blood on those who dwell on the earth?” 11 Then a white robe was given to each of them; and it was said to them that they should rest a little while longer, until both the number of their fellow servants and their brethren, who would be killed as they were, was completed.
====================================
Another point that comes to mind is, although religion will flourish during the tribulation period, it will be a Christ-less religious system. I think it is safe to say, at this point in the tribulation period, all indications suggest that all who name the name Jesus will be considered an enemy to those on the earth.
Topic: Demon/Satan possession vs Human Generated Mind Control
There is a vast difference between demon/Satan possession and human generated mind control.  Human mind control includes self-control, and outside groups.  Demon/Satan possession includes Satan’s  influence, demon posession, and evil spirit influence.
Satan does not do human possession.   He tricks, infuences, enhances, twists, confuses, etc.  He roams the Earth.  He wants you to NOT follow or listen to God or God’s Will. Satan knows your complience has to be of your free-will choice.   Both God and Satan adhear to having human’s free-will choice to  follow them or not.
Demons/evil spirits possess humans and seem to be incompatible with the human.   Demon/evil spirits possession in scriptures and even now seem to create a very bad physical effect on the human body and mind.  In fact, the effect on scriptural pigs was fatal to the pigs. Demon/evil spirits don’t seem to need human’s to make a free will choice. However a free-will choice to believe and follow God through Jesus [accepting Jesus as your Savior] terminates demon/evil spirit possession.  Jesus often made demon/evil spirits leave the human.  If the Holy Spirit [through accepting Jesus as your Saviour] moved in then the demons/evil spirits could not move back in.  However, if the human did not accept Jesus as Saviour and receive  the Holy Spriit, then the human was empty and the demon/evil spirits could return.
Human mind control [outside-control or self-control] is influence based – either from self or outside groups. The human may or may not realize or know that they are being controled through such influence. Such influence can be either individual or mass presented. Humans often do not ahear to the free-will of the individual. Power and economics are often the goal.
Topic: People are experimenting with different ways of controlling the minds of humans
Science, government, military groups are experimenting with different ways of controlling the minds of humans. They are also using college/university students in their experimentation [upon and/or helpers]. Some of the concepts they are working to develope are wicrowave messages, electronic methods of input/output, implantation of devices, sound [heard and sub-hearing], subliminal messaging, input during sleep, misinformation through media, and many other methods.
The people that will ultimately be in control of any successul method will not be the people that are responsible or ethical in behavior or goals.  Even if there are good uses for such control of the human being, ultimately the good uses will be turned to very bad usages by bad people — at the very least non-Christian’s with selfish reasons.
Question: How does a Christian “practicing” Believer think and act upon God’s Will instead of the Worldly will? How will the Christain Believer even hear the Holy Spirit with all the interference? How will a human have the capability of free will to make a choice for or against accepting Jesus as their Saviour?
The human being has a difficult time controling themselves without interference from mind control from the outside from human sources let alone from Satan and his followers.  A Christian Believer  has to overcome the World influences and their own flesh [sin] nature with the help of the Holy Spirit.
If without the knowledge of the human, input successfully changes how that human feels, thinks, or acts, how can that human overcome and not have such happen.  If such happens, how can the controlled human deal with it, overcome it, and understand it within the concepts of their Faith and “practicing”  Christian beliefs.
Question: So why does outside control oten work on a person without the person’s knowledge or permission or cooperation? even a Christian person. Why is it not recognized as incorrect [contrary to a person’s behavior or God’s desire for that person’s behavior] and overridden by the person being controlled without their knowledge or permission or even with such but un-overridden?
………
The people seeking mind control of massive groups of others are considering putting out such control through a massive network of distribution [like radio waves, but not actually radio waves] from distribution points.  These people are very open and public about their search for such a method of control and distribution of control. They want to tell such groups how to feel, think, and who to hate or like.  They want to consistently override what a person  actually thinks or feels without that persons realization or consent.
It is bad enough to have the News, information, pictures, camera angles, video games, movies,music,  articles, etc to spin/slant how people think. Massive mind control would be even harder to overcome.
Concepts to Know:
1. God made the human body and how it functions. The functions operate the way they operate for a reason that God had in their creation. Man wants to misappropriate the functioning methods for their own useage even without the permission of the person having their functions misused for other purposes than for which God created them.
2. God controls everything at all times. He has power over everything. He decides for His own reasons as to what He allows or does not allow. [or reprecuctions thereof]
3. God has given you power over all your enemies. Use it. Let it comfort you. [Murry on Shepard’s Chapel]
4. Assumption that you know doctrine and have strong [the level you are capable of having] Faith and Trust in God.
5. God only allows what you can handle.
6. I want the situation to change or stop. God wants the situation to change me or teach me something He wants me to be or learn. I think it is a miracle if the situation changes. God thinks it is a miracle if the situation does not bother or affect me anymore.
7. God always provides a way out of any temptation or bad situation He knows you cannot handle.
………
With help of the Holy Spirit:
1. Need to recognize incorrect input or emphasing of a wrong way to feel in significant moments of time. Before
action or reaction occurs.
2. Need to have discipline of conteracting and not giving in when bombarded repetitively with wrong input — even if un-realized or un-heard and even if one is tired or sick.
3. Sometimes wrong input or emphasis might be within the way one is feeling at the time anyway and such input enhances such to a level of a person acting on such when they should not. Need to recognize the enhancement and emphasis or repetitive looping created by outside force and override such with decreasing the level of actual thoughts or feelings.
4. Turn it over to God to handle it ……… Trust Him to handle it ……….. Have Faith and don’t worry about it.
Recognize it, don’t process it,  don’t act on it,  don’t react to it,  and don’t  decide about it. Recognize it and turn it over to God for Him to deal with it.
5. God uses all things [even bad things] for your good [if you are a believer/child of God].]
6. Ask God for help in dealing with it [prayer]. Spend more time with God and studying his Word. Trust God completely and absolutely.
……..
Things:
Phrasing, words/vocabulary, feelings, emotions, little things – silly things, actions, behavior.  Things that  progress a step at a time.
One still has to often listen to such, but such should not come out of one’s mouth or actions.
Topic/Terms: Murmuring and Complaining
murmur
a mumbled or private expression of discontent;  to speak in a low tone or indistinctly.
complain
an expression of discontent, regret, pain, censure, resentment, or grief; lament; fault finding:
—————————————————
Conclusion:
When murmuring occurs in the Bible Scriptures, those murmuring are rejecting God/Jesus and trying to replace him or remove him or his influenence.  They wanted to choose a leader to lead them back to captivity in Egypt.
In Heaven, the complaining or the Angels led to the action of trying to overthrow God and replace Him with Saton whom they thought would be a better leader.
When the Jewish Religious Leaders murmured, they wanted to terminate Jesus’ influence on the people and replace Him with their own influence for reasons of power and greed.
When murmur ocurs in the Scriptures, the murmur is against God’s Will and/or against God/Jesus.
We all complain about things and may even find things in Heaven in Eternity that we wish were different;  however, such a compaint should NOT be against God’s Will or to replace Him with something else.
You can bring a problem to God and discuss it with Him respectively presenting your viewpoint, but His decision is final and best for you as well as compatible with God’s Will.  God knows what is best and considers results, and long term effects which we cannot — now or in eternity.
