The best thing I read in the book that helped me understand is on page 46-47. Those who were persecuted and killed before the Tribulation asked God to forgive those who persecuted and killed them, but those who were persecuted and killed during the Tribulation asked God for Judgement on those who persecuted and killed them. The difference is that those before the Tribulation were under “grace” and those during the Tribulation were under “judgement upon the Earth”
I always wondered how someone could be in Heaven and ask for punishment/judgement instead of forgiveness of a perpetrator. Now it makes sense and very logical.
For me it is worth the price of the book.

A general concept:
Humans [men/women] were created on the 6th day of creation. They lived as they chose, fought, killed, and were immoral. However, they did not know about sin and were not held accountable for it. For them, there was no sin. They did not worship God or live as God wanted in God’s Ways.
Adam and Eve were created after the 7th day of creation or as I refer to it the 8th day of creation. They were created to lead the existing humans [from 6th day creation] to live in God’s way. Adam was the first Jewish man and created as ancestor lineage to Jesus Christ. They were sinless and lived God’s way until they fell from grace by listening to Satan.

Our bodies in Intermediate Heaven [current] will be similar to astral bodies. Thus, bodies will be more of a spirit body and different than bodies had when we were alive

Satan does not hold meetings in Hell. Satan does not rule Hell. Satan has never and will never go to Hell. He does at one point go to the bottomless pit for 1000 years.
Jesus did not go to Hell after his Crucifixion. He went to Paradise which Jesus Christ moved to Heaven thereafter.

The armies came to Megiddo to destroy Isreal not the Anti-Christ. The Anti-Christ dis fight with the armies but then became their leader. They then moved toward Isreal just before Jesus Christ came at the Second Coming. Jesus Christ came at Second Coming.

Anti-Christ is not from the United Kingdom. The Anti-Christ is from Southwest Germany near the French border.

Once Humans are thrown into the Lake of Fire alive, they burned up completely [body and spirit] and dissipated into the Lake of Fire because they were mortal beings. However, Satan is immortal and will remain in the Lake of Fire and be tormented forever.

Detherow is the False Prophet. His concept of all religions of the World currently worshiping the same god but in different ways is wrong.

Satan is put in chains into bottomless pit for 1000 years.
Anti-Christ [Christopher] and False Prophet [Detherow] are thrown into the Lake of Fire, die, burned up, and dissolved for ever. They are dead and gone forever.

“Burning with brimstone” is volcanic activity with lightening, burning sulfur, on fire, burning stone, has noxious smell of rotten eggs, and it is toxic.

Satan, Anti-Christ, nor False Prophet go to Hell ever. However, at a future time, Hell is thrown into the Lake of Fire where their remains are dissipated. Satan remains in the Lake of Fire forever as he is immortal.
Those who took the number of the Beast go to Hell [receive stripes], then go to the White Throne Judgement, and then to Hell. As they are mortal, they will die and dissipate into the Lake of Fire and are forever gone.

It is unknown if humans in their glorified bodies will instantly travel anywhere or how they will get about in the Millennium or Eternity.

Jesus Christ [God] visited Adam and Eve in Eden. He never lived there.

In the Lake of Fire, humans die, burn up, dissolve into the Fire. They are mortal and will die.

Humans in Heaven [currently] are in spirit with soul bodies. Graves hold Earthly bodies and somehow join with humans at the Rapture where humans receive their glorified bodies that include their soul and spirit.
The ONLY humans alive forever are those who are saved through Jesus Christ. Unsaved humans will die and never live again anywhere. However, unsaved will be alive in combined soul/spirit and Earthly bodies for Judgement and trip to Lake of Fire.

The White Throne Judgement [resurrected unsaved] will include all unsaved humans from creation through the Millennium and include those unsaved who die at the final rebellion after Satan is released for a time from the bottomless pit.

The White Throne Judgement will take place in the Spirit Realm not on Earth or in God’s Heaven.

Humans do not get everlasting punishment other than they are dead and dissolved in the Lake of Fire forever and never live again. The smoke may go up forever, but the humans in the Lake of Fire [including Anti-Christ and False Prophet] are dead and gone. [dissolved and dissipated]
Fallen Angels [immortal] are alive in Lake of Fire forever, but humans in Lake of Fire are dead, dissolved and dissipated] never to live again as they are mortal.
People receive stripes [rope with metal pieces] in Hell only.
