A request [my opinion]:

Some Ministers and others believe that there will be no Churches in Heaven or preaching to those in Heaven.  I request otherwise as some of us would appreciate being lead in song, praises, etc.  We would also appreciate being reminded of why we are in Heaven with God.  It would be nice to have prayer meetings to pray for those on Earth either to be saved, endure whatever is happening on Earth, and those who are saved to keep and strengthen their faith.  It would be nice if there were those who initiated gatherings for fellowship services and/or events.

There will be millions of people in Heaven [current or eternity].  God will still be with us via Jesus Christ via the Holy Spirit as well as any face-to-face interactions.  Most in Heaven will interact with God face-to-face in small groups, but will most often interact with God in the same way that we do now via the Holy Spirit through Jesus Christ.

Those in Heaven have tasks and duties [current or eternal Heaven] and will need to be gathered together in song, praise, or prayer.  It not, then it would be choas.  Heaven when we are there is a way of life.  It has times of peace, meditations, work, eating, resting, etc..

Ministers, music leaders, prayer leaders, Bible Study leaders, etc will be needed just as they are on Earth, but will do so in a Heavenly way.
