{"id":1450,"date":"2026-05-15T23:49:19","date_gmt":"2026-05-16T04:49:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ameighs-christian-blog.info\/b2blog\/?p=1450"},"modified":"2026-05-18T03:01:35","modified_gmt":"2026-05-18T08:01:35","slug":"rapture-vs-2nd-coming-both-scriptural","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/ameighs-christian-blog.info\/b2blog\/index.php\/2026\/05\/15\/rapture-vs-2nd-coming-both-scriptural\/","title":{"rendered":"Rapture vs 2nd Coming &#8211; both scriptural"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><span style=\"color: #800080;\">The Rapture<\/span><\/strong> [whatever name you give it] takes place at a shout\/trumpet at the pre-tribulation period or at the very beginning of the tribulation period.\u00a0 Jesus remain in the air and does not set foot on Earth at this time.\u00a0 He comes with the {in Heaven} saints and calls the living saints to join him in the air.\u00a0 The dead saints get immortality and glorified bodies first and the risen saints then get their immortality and glorified bodies.\u00a0 All saints at that time then go to Heaven with Jesus.\u00a0 When they are in Heaven, they will attend the Judgement Seat of Christ to receive their rewards and\/or account for their life on Earth.\u00a0 They at some point while in Heaven will attend the Marriage Feast.\u00a0 The Saints in Heaven remain in Heaven until the 2nd coming of Christ.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #800080;\">The 2nd coming<\/span><\/strong> takes place at the last trumpet at the beginning of the millennium [or end of the tribulation period &#8211; Armageddon], however you refer to that period of time.\u00a0 <strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Jesus Christ, Good Angels, and Saints in Heaven [in their immortal and glorified bodies]\u00a0 return to Earth with Jesus Christ.<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0 <u><strong>They all set foot on Earth at this time to participate in ruling Earth and helping the humans in the millennium to get, have, and\/or retain their faith in God through Jesus with the help of the Holy Spirit<\/strong><\/u>.\u00a0 Some humans in the millennium will later rebel and end up at the White Throne Judgement at the end of the millennium.\u00a0 In any case, all humans receive &#8220;Good News&#8221; of salvation, God, and eternity.\u00a0 Some of the saints that come with Jesus at the 2nd Coming help rule, others act as priests among the millennium humans.<\/p>\n<p>=========<\/p>\n<p>There will be <strong><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><u>new Christians who become saved during the whole tribulation<\/u><\/span><\/strong> period..\u00a0 There will be the 144,000 new saints during the first 3 1\/2 years of the tribulation.\u00a0 They will experience persecution and often death for their faith.\u00a0 All these new Christians will receive their immortality and glorified bodies at the end of the Millennium along with <u><strong><span style=\"color: #008000;\">those saved during the Millennium<\/span><\/strong><\/u>.\u00a0 From their death to this period of time, they will be in Heaven.<\/p>\n<p>=========<\/p>\n<p>Some Christians and\/or denominations skip the Rapture and mix it in with the 2nd Coming.\u00a0 However, these two events are separate and in separate time periods.
